Qualified employees are important to every successful business and, now more than ever, the
North Country Chamber of Commerce
realizes how important it is to still give our member businesses that opportunity to showcase their job openings to prospective employees. So in place of our annual, in-person job fair, the Chamber will be doing a three week virtual job fair pushing prospective employees from our social media platforms to our
Now Hiring/Virtual Job Fair Page
where your business's job openings will be listed, linked and easily accessible for all those interested.
Your business will also be featured in social media posts on the North Country Chamber of Commerce's social media platforms, for added quality exposure.
To have your company and your job openings included in the Virtual Job Fair, please complete the form below and return it to
Becky.

NYS DOL Directs Employers to Provide Employees with Needed Information when Applying for Unemployment
|
Businesses are legally obligated to provide employees with their Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN), NYS Employer Registration Number, and full name/address.
The number one reason New Yorkers’ applications are incomplete is because they are missing Federal Employer Identification Numbers (FEIN). If you have submitted an application for unemployment without your FEIN, a representative WILL call you to finish your claim. If you have not yet filed, be sure to include your employer's FEIN, NYS Employer Registration Number and full name/address on your application.
