RECREATION & ATTRACTIONS: Coronavirus Safety Resource Officer Training (CSRO) & Navigating this New Business Environment
Due to Federal Workplace Safety requirements ALL companies must provide training to assure competency to their employees anytime there is a recognized hazard that is causing harm. This training will provide you with information that will help you to meet this requirement.

This program will provide, information on the required safety plan, training and best practices specific to recreation and attractions.

Upon completion of the course participants will receive:

  • A sample COVID-19 Response Plan

*Webinar login information will be sent to you by email after registering.
Changes at the Border Not Certain for June 21
While discussions continue between the U.S. and Canadian governments, and we continue outreach and dialogue with our Canadian partners, it is important to know that June 21 is an arbitrary date and not necessarily the point at which to expect any relaxation of current restrictions on non-essential cross border travel.
Q&A with Citizen Advocates: Mental Health Matters - Tips and Techniques for Balance
Access to mental health services is essential at any time, and more so now in light of current events. It’s okay to talk about mental health, which is why therapists on the care team at Citizen Advocates are taking turns offering tips and techniques for coping.

This week they are featuring Shanzy Carter-Martinez a Licensed Mental Health Counsel. She’s the senior clinician and interim clinic manager at our Clinic in Saranac Lake. Her areas of specialty include mental health, addiction and trauma.

Garage Sales Now Allowed in New York
Good news for bargain hunters: state leaders have reversed course on garage sales.

Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul told  Spectrum News  Wednesday night that as long as social distancing rules are followed and face masks worn, people can host garage sales.

They are limited to 10 or fewer people.
Adirondack Coast ZOOM Backgrounds Available!
With more of us now using ZOOM to connect with colleagues, friends and family, we thought it would be fun create some Adirondack Coast backgrounds for you to use. Show off the area while you conduct daily business.

Download these photos and customize your Zoom background for your next meeting. Click on the photo to enlarge and copy, then save to your computer and follow instructions on Zoom to replace your background.
