There are an endless number of political commentators and analysts from across the spectrum of political ideologies offering theories about what happened in the 2024 election. Some will say the contributing factor to the election result was a backlash against the price of eggs or DEI or who gets to use which bathroom. Others will say it's because democrats didn't come out to vote or that "the left" didn't step far enough to the right or not far enough to the left or they didn't appeal to the center. Some will say it was because of immigration. Others say it was because Joe Biden didn't step down early enough or that there was no democratic primary. The reasons offered are endless.

"Regardless of how much any of the reasons given may or may not have contributed to the election results, more than 76 Million people in the United States voted for Fascism as a solution to the crises of capitalism. Let that sink in for a moment. More than 76 Million people voted for white supremacy, misogyny and bigotry backed and enforced through a fascist regime as a solution to the crises of capitalism.

"What do we do now? How do we build communities of resistance? How do we become a force that can act upon the fascist trajectory we're on? How do we organize against this MAGA Fascist movement that swept across the nation? How do we deal with this, as Bob Avakian correctly calls it, "country full of fascists"? Where do we come together to analyze the situation and come up with solutions... Revolution Books.

"Revolution Books has become a de facto community center where people can gather to discuss what's unfolded. A community center where experts, academics and people just walking down the street can stop in and participate in dialogue, brainstorming, art and organizing. Without Revolution books there wouldn't be a space where we can all get together. Without Revolution Books there wouldn't be a place for people to learn from each other.
