The Tiburon Peninsula Chamber of Commerce is excited to welcome you to the new year! As we enter 2024, we are committed to supporting the businesses on the Tiburon Peninsula and fostering a strong sense of community through our events and programs. Our chamber is dedicated to creating opportunities for local businesses to thrive, and we believe that by working together, we can build a stronger, more resilient community. 2024 FOCUS

The Tiburon Peninsula Chamber of Commerce will be bringing two Friday Nights on Main, our Annual Wine Festival and Holiday Festival as well as some new keynote events to our community this year. We look forward to hosting quarterly business owner receptions for our members as well as launching a website refresh. Welcome to Our New Board Members

PETRA BERGSTEIN-HIGBY

Petra Bergstein-Higby is the CEO and Co-Founder of The Caviar Co. — a San Francisco and Tiburon-based purveyor of fine caviar and roe sourced from around the world. From managing retail operations to fostering relationships with restaurants to elaborate off-site events, there is truly never a dull moment. Petra resides in Belvedere with her two children and husband, Alex Higby. She is truly passionate about Downtown Tiburon while cherishing its rich history, preserving its character, and building its future.

TIMOTHY BURR, JR.

Tim is the Managing Partner of Deveau Burr Group, LLC, a California lobbying firm that represents clients at the state and local, specializing where technology meets highly regulated industries such as transportation, healthcare, and banking. Tim is a trial attorney by training, having served as a Deputy District Attorney in Alameda County before moving into lobbying and government affairs. Tim and his wife, Annie, both grew up in the South Bay and met at Santa Clara School of Law. After twelve+ years in SF, they moved to Tiburon in 2019 to raise a family, which now includes their son, Jack (4) and daughter, Blake (2) - who both go to the Little School-Tiburon.

DEB FASS

Deb Fass, Chief Marketing Officer, The Bungalow Hospitably Group, is a visionary, well rounded hospitality marketing professional with over 20 years of experience, Deb Fass joined The Bungalow Hospitality family in March of 2020. After 12 successful years with the TAO Group where she served as Vice President of Entertainment Marketing, she stepped into her role of Chief Marketing Office at a critical time in our industry where growth must be real and sustainable.

DR. KIMBERLY MCGRATH

Dr. Kimberly McGrath became Superintendent of Reed Union School District in 2021. She comes to Reed with 28 years of experience in public education. Dr. McGrath earned her bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of Texas. Dr. McGrath is a dedicated instructional leader committed to excellence. Her commitment was recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education with an invitation to the Research-to-Practice Summit in Washington, DC. Recently, she was also nominated to serve on a statewide task force concerning Artificial Intelligence.

MADE TO MEASURE COMMUNICATIONS

Made to Measure Communications brings professional public relations and communications services to Ark Row. Established by Corinthian Island resident Brittany Haning in August 2023, the agency helps small and medium-sized businesses amplify their voices and better connect with customers.

Like many before her, Brittany saw Tiburon as the perfect place to start and grow her business. M2M joins the peninsula’s long list of industry disruptors. The first of its kind, M2M’s subscription-based transparent pricing enables smaller businesses to keep a pulse on their brand’s reputation, tell their stories in the media and stand out from competitors.

Among M2M’s clients are the Tiburon Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, Cinelounge, Golden State Cider and Seismic Brewing Company. Prior to founding M2M, Brittany led campaigns for Samsung, Microsoft, HP and eBay while working at San Francisco agencies within the renowned Omnicom network. Brittany additionally led PR for the Trinchero wine and spirits conglomerate, whose portfolio earned $1B annually and spanned 80+ household names – including Sutter Home, Ménage à Trois and Joel Gott. Her breadth of experience allows M2M to bring Fortune-500 caliber tools and services to a historically underserved market: the small and medium business community.
