Join us on Tuesday evening, 6:30 PM, as we celebrate the Reason for the Season! Our students will share their God-given talents and celebrate the birth of Jesus with music and song. Doors open at 6:00 PM. This will be the last chance to purchase raffle tickets for the Ultimate Christmas Basket (displayed in the lobby).

Continuous Enrollment - Your student is automatically re-enrolled for the 2026-2027 school year unless you inform Mr. Lantrip IN WRITING that you will not be returning next school year.

 

Yearbooks - Early Bird SALE until December 31st. Save 15% if you order early! Order HERE.

 

East Coast Boba Company - Give back day is the 3rd Tuesday of every month. Mention Master's Academy when you order! Proceeds benefit the Student Government Association (SGA).

 

Lunch Orders - Orders for next week must be placed through your FACTS family portal by midnight on Thursday. Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the menu and click ORDER ITEMS. Also, make sure there are funds in your lunch account BEFORE ordering. Lunch ordering instructions may be found HERE.


Volunteer Opportunities:


Each family (K-12th) is asked to give a minimum of 20 hours of volunteer service to waive their $400 advancement fee. Hours must be recorded in FACTS and completed by May 1st. Volunteer opportunities are listed in this memo and in the FACTS family portal announcements each week.

Patriot Fitness Day - Volunteers needed to help with this fun day of fitness on campus, January 30th. Email Teresa Blake.

 

Jack Links Clay Shoot Tournament Trappers - Get ALL of your volunteer hours in one FUN event and help Master's earn up to $50K! Details HERE. Sign up for one or more days HERE. Questions? Email Nancy Cook.

 

Lunchroom - Help needed during lunch hours. Email Kaitlyn Vendryes.

 

Cleaning - Volunteers needed for light cleaning in the Smith Learning Center (late afternoons or weekends). Contact Linda Carlson.

Tennis Interest Meeting - Monday, December 15th at 3:15 PM in the lunchroom. This is for any middle and high school students interested in playing tennis for Master's Academy.

Upper School Exams - December 16th-18th. Upper School students are dismissed at 10 AM on Tuesday, December 16th (optional study hall from 10 AM - noon). Noon dismissal on Wednesday and Thursday, December 17th and 18th.
