Join us in the Pathway worship center. Doors open at 6 PM. Parents will earn volunteer hours and high school students will earn community service hours.

Important News & Announcements:


Valentine Cookie-grams - Our 8th grade class is taking orders for Chick-fil-A Valentine Cookie-grams in the lobby or at THIS LINK. Purchase through Feb. 6th. Valentines will be delivered on Friday, February 13th. Send a valentine cookie-gram to your student, grandparent, friend, or teacher! Proceeds benefit the 8th grade Boston trip.

 

Cold Weather Uniform Attire - On days when the low temperature is below 40 degrees, students are permitted to wear jackets that do not have the school logo. Students must wear a Masters shirt underneath the jacket.

 

Step Up For Students - Applications for the 2026-27 school year are NOW OPEN. Sign up to receive updates from Step Up here. There are IMPORTANT CHANGES to required documents, so please take time to review the new requirements!

 

Yearbook Business Ads and Senior Ads - Deadline to purchase a business or senior ad in the yearbook has been extended to February 28th. Contact Jessica Samons for details and pricing.

Grandparents' Day (K-8th) will be on Friday, February 13th, 9:30 - 11:00 AM. RSVP at THIS LINK. Our ECLC teachers invite grandparents of Preschool students to their Grandparents' Day on Thursday, February 12th, 9-10 AM.


Christian College Fair - Master's Academy is hosting this event on Thursday, February 26th, 10 AM - Noon. Over 21 Christian colleges will be represented. Please share with friends, neighbors, and homeschool families! Students are encouraged to pre-register. See this flyer for details.


Collecting old t-shirts - SGA will turn these into jump ropes for Samaritan's Purse! Support this SGA service project by donating old t-shirts to Mrs. Wilson by THIS FRIDAY.


Lunch Orders - Orders for next week must be placed through your FACTS family portal by midnight on Thursday. Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the menu and click ORDER ITEMS. Also, make sure there are funds in your lunch account BEFORE ordering. Lunch ordering instructions may be found HERE.

Upload your Patriot Fitness Day photos to Vidigami. If you have not activated your Vidigami account or are having trouble accessing it, please reach out to Jennifer Aylor. Vidigami is a great way to preserve your student's school memories and it is FREE!

Volunteer Opportunities:


Each family (K-12th) is asked to give a minimum of 20 hours of volunteer service to waive their $400 advancement fee. Hours must be recorded in FACTS and completed by May 1st. Volunteer opportunities are listed in this memo and in the FACTS family portal announcements each week.

Cheer Interest Meeting - Monday, February 16th, 6:00 PM, in the lunchroom. This includes interest in Spring Cheer Clinic and next football season.
