This is a FREE event and is open to the public. Parents may earn volunteer hours and high school students may earn service hours for attending.

Payment Summary - You may now print your payment summary from FACTS for tax purposes. Please follow these instructions.

 

Step Up For Students - Applications for the 2026-27 school year are NOW OPEN. Sign up to receive updates from Step Up here. There are IMPORTANT CHANGES to required documents, so please take time to review the new requirements! Please send your 2026-2027 Award ID number to Nancy Nelson.

 

Parent Survey - Parents were emailed a survey link on Friday. Please check your spam if you do not recall receiving it. Your response is requested on or before March 14th.


Yearbook Sale - Order a yearbook at a discounted price through March 31st at THIS LINK.

 

Date Change - Sights & Sounds will be on Friday, April 24th at 6:30 PM. This will include an Italian Dinner fundraiser, an arts-related silent auction, and fund-a-need options for the fine arts program. Please save the date!


Join our team! - The following positions are open for the 2026-2027 school year: High School Spanish Teacher and Development Director. If you know of any well qualified candidates, please direct them to our website to fill out an employment application.


Lunch Orders - Orders for next week must be placed through your FACTS family portal by midnight on Thursday. Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the menu and click ORDER ITEMS. Also, make sure there are funds in your lunch account BEFORE ordering. Lunch ordering instructions may be found HERE.


Volunteer Opportunities:


TIME IS RUNNING OUT! Enter your volunteer service hours in your FACTS portal! HERE are instructions for entering hours. 


Each family (K-12th) is asked to give a minimum of 20 hours of volunteer service to waive their $400 advancement fee. Hours must be recorded in FACTS and completed by May 1st. Volunteer opportunities are listed in this memo and in the FACTS family portal announcements each week.

Athletic News:


The athletic department is selling Buggy Bunch Discount cards for $20 each now through March 6th. Contact Coach Boyer to purchase.


Booster Club interest Meeting - All are invited as our Booster Club kicks off with this initial meeting on Monday, March 16th at 6:30 PM in the Youth Building. Have a voice, get involved, and let's make it a great year for Patriot Athletics!
