Have a voice in fund-raising opportunities and share your own ideas and thoughts to help encourage and support our athletes and strengthen the Patriot Athletic Program. Your voice matters, and working together, we can make a positive impact for student athletes, our sports teams, and the athletic department.

Step Up For Students - Applications for the 2026-27 school year are NOW OPEN. Sign up to receive updates from Step Up here. There are IMPORTANT CHANGES to required documents, so please take time to review the new requirements! Please send your 2026-2027 Award ID number to Nancy Nelson.

 

Parent Survey - Parents were recently emailed a survey link. Please check your spam if you do not recall receiving it or reach out to the school office for the link. Your response is requested on or before March 14th.

 

LAST CHANCE Yearbook Sale - Order a yearbook at a discounted price through March 31st at THIS LINK. After March 31, you will have to wait until April to purchase from a limited available inventory at full price.

 

Sights & Sounds - Friday, April 24th at 6:30 PM. Students will share their gifts and talents in art and music. The evening will include an optional Italian Dinner fundraiser, an arts-related silent auction, and fund-a-need options for the fine arts program. Please save the date!

 

Join our team! - The following positions are open for the 2026-2027 school year: High School Spanish Teacher and Development Director. If you know of any well qualified candidates, please direct them to our website to fill out an employment application.


Lunch Orders - Orders for next week must be placed through your FACTS family portal by midnight on Thursday. Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the menu and click ORDER ITEMS. Also, make sure there are funds in your lunch account BEFORE ordering. Lunch ordering instructions may be found HERE.


Volunteer Opportunities:


Each family (K-12th) is asked to give a minimum of 20 hours of volunteer service to waive their $400 advancement fee. Hours must be recorded in FACTS and completed by May 1st. Volunteer opportunities are listed in this memo and in the FACTS family portal announcements each week.

7th Grade St. Augustine Field Study - Friday, March 20th

Parent-Teacher Conferences are on Monday, March 16th. Please schedule conferences with your child's teacher(s). There is no school for students on Monday, March 16th.


High School Spring Formal - Saturday, April 25th. The event will be at Master's Stables in Fellsmere. Tickets will go on sale on Monday, April 13th. Cost is $40/person.

Lower School News:


3rd Grade Field Trip - Busch Wildlife Sanctuary, THIS FRIDAY

 

Parent-Teacher Conferences are on Monday, March 16th. Please schedule conferences with your child's teacher(s). There is no school for students on Monday, March 16th.


5th Grade Tag Art - Submissions DUE by March 23rd. These will be entered into a contest judged at the Heritage Center. Parents are welcome to purchase memorabilia of their student's artwork by filling out and returning the order form and payment by April 14th or by ordering HERE.
