Trojan football has no trouble in round 2 with Valdosta


The Trojans cruised to a 49-13 victory over the Valdosta Wildcats in Friday night's second round of the GHSA playoffs. Carrollton took control early and never looked back with a solid offensive performance and a stingy defense. Julian Lewis passed for 369 yards and four touchdowns. Receiver A.J. McNeil caught four passes for 155 yards and three touchdowns, and Peyton Zachary also went into triple digits with four catches for 110 yards. Landon Wolf led the defense with 11 tackles.

Trojan football back at home for round 3



The Trojans are back home for the third round of the GHSA playoffs following a massive 49-13 win over Valdosta on Friday, Nov. 22. They will face the Hillgrove Hawks this Friday night. The CHS varsity football team continues with round 3 of the GHSA playoffs this Friday night, Nov. 29, vs. Hillgrove. Please see the information below to secure your reserved seats for any home playoff game. 


For Season Ticket Holders

  • Purchase links: An email with a Go Fan link has been sent to season ticket holders for this week's game to purchase their usual seats.
  • Priority deadline: Season ticket holders have until Wednesday of each game week (for home games) to secure their seats. 
  • Public sale: Any unsold seats will open to the general public on Thursday at 8:00 a.m.

Note: Parking passes remain valid for all home games during the playoffs.

  • Public sales begin on Thursday at 8:00 a.m. for each home game week for remaining seats.

Trojan girls wrestling competes in national tournament


The Carrollton High School girls wrestling team had an impressive weekend at the Gulf Coast Clash in Mobile, Alabama, finishing sixth out of 39 teams. The tournament featured nationally ranked athletes and teams. Individual placers in their respective weight classes were Journey Gray (second place), Bailey Moore (third place), and Madison Cooley (third place). The team is back in action on Saturday, Nov. 30, at Houston County High School.

Trojan boys wrestling takes first at Possum Snout Duals


The Carrollton High School boys wrestling team took first place at the Possum Snout Duals, defeating Cedartown 53-15, Paulding County 54-17, Villa Rica 48-22, and Haralson County 57-18. Jordan Bhony, Sutton White, Nemo Strzalkowski, George Carden, Carson McMillian, Connor Stephens, and Ben Walsingham each went undefeated in their matches. The team will travel for a dual on Tuesday, Nov. 26, against Gilmer County.

Little B.R.O.T.H.E.R. Club scores big at Alabama


CUES Little B.R.O.T.H.E.R. Club had an unforgettable day at a University of Alabama game on Nov. 16, capped off by former Trojan Caleb Odom spending quality time with the students after the event. The school-sponsored club is a mentor program for young boys to help them reach their full academic and social potential.
