Your Chamber is hiring an Executive Assistant.
The position will provide administrative support to the CEO for a wide variety of special projects, manage incoming calls and coordinate various office support services as well as help deliver on the Chamber’s strategic objectives.
This individual must be self-motivated, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality customer support; possess excellent time management skills; credible, and comfortable dealing with a broad spectrum of business industries and people.
Office-Clerical:
- Perform office clerical responsibilities efficiently. Represent the Chamber professionally with great customer service. Assist members and clients and field incoming phone calls.
- Answer phones and attend to requests.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivables, issuing checks monthly to debtors and tracking paperwork for CEO and bookkeeper.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting of Chamber financials; assist with event reconciliation reports and consolidation of reports as needed.
- Scanning and filing important documents for storage and distribution.
- Help to maintain inventory of supplies.
- Prepare and update informational material for public distribution, press releases and other communications as needed.
- Social media: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Assist in creation & delivering of ad content.
- Work collaboratively with staff, teams, and committees to help implement the Chamber & BRCs Strategic Plans.
- Seek out industry best practices to improve Chamber deliverables and personal-professional development.
- Track and order office supplies as needed.
- Office mailings: invoicing, renewal and drop letters and general correspondence.
- Maintenance, accuracy, and timely updates of the Chamber Master database.
- Assist with Certificates of Origins for exporters, tracking annual documents and ensuring we are maintaining standards as required.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of events as needed.
- Maintain a positive relationship with all members/clients.
- Field calls to help with members/client’s requests, including event registration.
- Serve as a positive liaison between the Chamber and the community.
- Communicate the value of Chamber when out in the community.
- Other duties as assigned and to assist the CEO as needed to deliver on goals and priorities.

Field Service/Heat Treat Calibration Technician
We are currently seeking an individual that has experience with calibration and/or repair of the following:
• Heat treat equipment (furnaces, ovens, temperature/humidity chambers)
• Hardness testing equipment (Rockwell, Brinell, Knoop, and Vickers)
• Force testing equipment (Tensile testers, Creep, and stress rupture machines, extensometers)
This position will service and calibrate the above equipment primarily in the Portland metro area but will also be required to travel throughout the Northwest as needed to support our customer's needs. The ideal candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot digital and computerized controllers, Knowledge of PID settings, and motor controls. Performance of thermocouple calibration, and temperature uniformity surveys in accordance with AMS2750 will be a large part of the daily work.

Liaise with Business Services, Human Resources, Financial Aid, Admissions, and College Relations & Marketing on outreach, awarding, communications, financial analysis, development, and system administration.
The Scholarship and Student Success Analyst will also focus on developing relationships and supporting the CCC Foundation internship and scholarship recipients, student leaders, and CCC alumni.
