Fellow Members:
Well, spring is finally here (we hope), and your Club has just finished its April Membership Drive. As a result of this effort, we were able to add 70 new members. This will bring our membership rolls close to 1,100+
total members.
In June we will be announcing a special program for our corporate friends to join. Stand by for details. Members have asked me why we continue to make every attempt to add new members with special programs. Unfortunately, we lose members each year due to several reasons…. some pass away, some move from the area, and some of those who leave simply do not use the Club as much as they would like to. Therefore, it has become necessary to make every effort to add new members to replace those that leave. Stay tuned for a special program for current members to get their friends, family, or business associates to join. We will be extending this offer later in the year.
The entire effort to increase our membership is managed by your Club’s Vice President and Membership Chair Jay Mahoney. Jay, a successful businessman, is tireless in developing programs that help maintain membership rolls. The Board certainly appreciates his efforts.
