PRESIDENT'S LETTER

My Fellow Members:

If you couldn’t attend Your Club’s annual meeting on Monday, September 19^th. Here are some brief highlights.

· Attendance was the highest that we’ve had in at least the past five years. Voting for open Board positions was also at its highest point in years. Incumbent Board members Bill Jenckes, and Jim Snyder retained their positions. A warm welcome to Fred Prutzman as the newest Board member. Thank you to all candidates who ran this year.

· Board Secretary Jack Ruggles honored the YR Partners and their financial contribution to the Club during a very difficult business time. He also presented a plaque as a thank you. Your Club is now debt free!

· Board Treasurer Sandy Sanders presented the financial numbers for the past fiscal year, which were very positive. He also outlined a future capital expenditure plan for improvements to the Club’s physical facility. For the past ten years Sandy has done a great job as the Board’s Treasurer and was instrumental in eliminating the Club’s debt to the YR Partners.

· Jay Mahoney, Board Vice President presented the state of the membership and outlined promotional plans for the coming year.

· ZRG’s George Zeppos did his usual fine job of discussing the Club’s food and beverage operation…. where we are, and where he expects we will be.

· A question/comment period was last on the meeting agenda.

· The Board held a short re-organization meeting following the regular meeting. The following officers will be in place for 2022. Nick Kuruc, President, Jay Mahoney, Vice-President, Jack Ruggles, Secretary. Treasurer Sandy Sanders tendered his retirement. He will be replaced by Ben LaManna.

All in all, it was a great meeting. It looks like the path is clear for a great year for Your Club!
