We indeed thank God. Our meeting was a huge success. I took the process of helping with the registration and Jamal will be following up with the concerned institutions. We have indeed suggested that we should have the booklet "Take the Repentance Route" translated into Yao language so that we can make it available to the Eastern region of the country. We are convinced that this booklet has what it takes to transform the heart of a human being. We have not had a booklet of this nature in this language. We believe therefore that this will be a major milestone in our endeavor to take the Gospel afar.

We had a wonderful and fruitful meeting in Blantyre today regarding the partnership on distribution of our booklets and registration with Media Council, Malawi Writers Union and MACRA. The process for registration is underway. But our partnership with CLAIM is on course. All the time,we have some booklets they will be able to distribute them for us through their bookshops. CLAIM officials have suggested that we need to translate the booklet into "Yao" language. This is a language spoken among Muslims in the Eastern region of Malawi. This area has the largest Muslim population in the country. We should have this booklet distributed in the bookshops there, but also at the same time, we will make it available in institutions. This approach can have a huge impact and convert some Muslims to Christianity. We have already identified a linguist who can do the translation for us into Yao. I will do the editing. According to CLAIM, this should be done over the weekend. They want the booklet to be distributed in their bookshops on Wednesday. And I have identified someone who is ready to pay for printing costs. We are printing 3000 booklets and the cost is 600 dollars. This will be taken care of by a well wisher. The booklet will be taken to printers on Monday morning.
We are therefore brother asking for your support towards the cost of translation only. The translator is asking for 70 dollars to have the booklet translated. We already have it in three major languages, but not in Yao. He will be through with the translation by Sunday. Let me know brother if this could be possible with you at this time. The role of CLAIM will be distribution and sometimes, they will be able to support us in meeting printing costs on materials they need from us.

Dear brother Jeff,
Hope you are well. This is what CLAIM is asking us to do. We will be partnering with them quite often to print and distribute "Take the Repentance Route" and other books that you would want to be printed and distributed in Malawi. We will be sharing costs for printing, but CLAIM will be distributing them through their bookshops at their cost. We will have the first consignment done by next week. But to have this partnership put in place, CLAIM is requesting us to do the following:
1. Renew registration with Malawi Communication Regulatory Authority (MACRA), which regulates all media institutions.
2. Register for membership with media bodies, Media Council of Malawi (MCM) and MISA.
We were initially registered with MACRA, but our license expired. What we would need is to have the license renewed.
The cost for registering with these bodies for media ministries is a bit minimal as compared to profit making institutions. We are required to have 250 dollars for us to register with these bodies. CLAIM would Ike us to come back to them about the process of registration by Friday, so that by Monday, next week we can settle down for production of about 1000 booklets. Besides this booklet, let me also ask you about another booklet you would want to be printed and distributed.
If this arrangement is inorder with you, I would need to pay for the registration on Thursday when I'm back from the annual general assembly. Our partnership with CLAIM will without doubt give us prominence in the country and outside.
