Update from Norwin School District
Superintendent Dr. Jeff Taylor
May 8, 2020
Dear Norwin Families and Community Members,

Today, on Blue & Gold Day, I would like to thank all our outstanding businesses, organizations, and residents who are celebrating our #NorwinStrong students and the Class of 2020. Thank you to everyone who decorated their homes, vehicles, and wore blue and gold to support our students.
Also today, 72 Norwin employees delivered yard signs, caps and gowns, and other gifts to the homes of nearly 400 seniors. I had the honor of being part of this volunteer effort, joined by Norwin Assistant Superintendent Dr. Natalie McCracken. Social distancing guidelines were followed, and our teachers had fun with the event, wearing blue & gold, decorating their cars, and sharing photos to the Norwin Twitter account using #NorwinStrong.

Lastly, please remember that tonight is Light Up Knight. We will honor the Class of 2020 by lighting up Norwin at 8:20pm (20:20 military time). We will turn on the lights at Norwin High School and Norwin Knights Stadium and invite you to light up your porches, yards, and homes as a sign of your love and support for these amazing students.

Please continue to stay safe, healthy and #NorwinStrong !

Best regards,

Dr. Jeff Taylor
Superintendent
