Leaf and Limb:
Clarifying Containers for Disposal
The Town awarded Cousins Property Management a trial contract for six collections of leaf and limb. The listed collections are the scheduled collections for the next (6) six months.
To participate, residents should:
Place resident collected materials at the curb no more than 48 hours before collection.
Residents are prohibited from placing contractor collected materials for Town collection. All contractors must remove their own debris – there are no exceptions. Residents are responsible for notifying contractors. Violations shall be considered municipal infractions punishable by a fine of $50/day in accordance with Town policy.
Grass clippings, plant clippings and tree branches must be trimmed to no more than four (4) feet in length and eight (8) inches in diameter and placed in reusable bags or containers.

Reusable 80 gallon bags for resident’s purchase are available here. Alternatively, residents may also use existing containers instead of purchasing bags if they do not exceed 50 gallons and have a lid to prevent water build up in the container.
No more than (3) three bags or containers, per household, per collection.
