Coach and Coachee Meet To Discuss Year-End Performance Evaluations Now-June 30
The 1-on-1 module portion of your performance evaluation was due Friday, June 10. If you have not yet completed your self-evaluation or the evaluation of your coachee, please do so TODAY.

The next step in our 2022 performance evaluation cycle are year-end evaluation discussions between coaches and coachees. Now through June 30, schedule time to discuss the results of your evaluations in the 1-on-1 module. These should be constructive conversations to establish a mutual understanding of what you've accomplished and where there's room to grow.

Between June 14-July 14, office principals will meet to discuss the performance ratings and talent reviews of all team members.
Our performance evaluation cycle is a key component of your growth at Rea, so it's important you complete and submit all evaluation steps on time.
