Election Law
A03356 - to reduce the number of signatures required for designating
petitions.
A06046 - would provide an additional method of requesting absentee
ballots through electronic means
A06047A - will temporarily eliminate the need to request an absentee
ballot via a signed absentee ballot application
Business
A06232 - to establish a construction industry advisory council on public contracting reform to consider and advise on matters concerning the improvement of the current public works contracting process.
A07498 - assists contractors in identifying minority group members and women who are participating in apprenticeship agreements.

Health
A01254 – allows patients to get more information about potential health effects during preterm labor and preterm delivery by having the commissioner of health require hospitals to provide such information.
Labor
A06424- Provides a claim-filing opportunity for the widows and dependents of workers who died as a result of cancer caused by exposure to diesel exhaust.
Social Services
A07657 - would extend, for two years, the driver license suspension
process, one of the State's most effective tools to enforce child
support obligations

Maternal Health
A06366- provides a tax credit for certain taxpayers who suffer the birth of a stillborn child.
A07492 - to have healthcare services provided to expectant mothers in pre-term labor covered by insurance carriers.
A07515 - Establishes protocols for stillbirths and a stillbirth research database.
A07741 - requires insurance policies to provide coverage for transvaginal ultrasounds during pregnancy.
A08048 - requires certain health care providers to provide pregnant patients with information about cervical insufficiency, and to order a certain ultrasound test for pregnant patients.

MWBE
A06420 – Allows the use of funds received from minority and women-owned business development and lending program for the purpose of refinancing existing debt.
A07266 - authorize the increase of the NYC's discretionary award amount of non-competitive contracts from $500,000 to one million dollars.
A07596 - to increase the State's discretionary spending threshold from $500,000 to $1 million for non-competitive contracts.
OTHER
