MORE THAN 65% of Segment 1 & 2 Easements ARE COMPLETE!

Thanks to the business and property owners in the 76ECID between the Branson Ferris Wheel and Shepherd of the Hills Expressway, we have more than 65% of the signed temporary use and construction easements completed, with only 17 more to go! If your property is in segment 1 or 2 and has not returned your document packet, please help us keep this project moving forward by getting your signed documents returned to the City of Branson as soon as possible!

76ECID Board Meeting Recap

At the December 18 meeting, the Board approved the 2025 fiscal year budget and received updates on easement acquisition and project design changes. The firm redesigning the intersection at 76 and Gretna Road presented initial creative concepts to support and enhance the masterplan and design of adjoining 76ECID segments.
