We’re thrilled to commemorate going into our sixth year at Benson Executive Search! It has been an extraordinary journey thus far, filled with growth, learning, and invaluable relationships. 

As we reflect on our growth to date, we want to express our deepest gratitude to each of you who have entrusted us to find the right fit, whether you’re a client or candidate. Our mission’s always been clear: to pair the right Human Resources leaders with organizations that need them. 

Throughout these past years, we’ve been privileged to work with a diverse and exceptional base of clients, candidates, and partners who have entrusted us with their opportunities and impressed us with their talents. In the ever-changing workplace landscape, the resilience and adaptability of our clients and candidates have been truly inspiring. Through market fluctuations, and, of course, a global pandemic, we’re sincerely grateful for your continued partnership.

This past year we’ve helped our partners think through talent development and reskilling, DE&I, workplace flexibility, leadership development, and more. Through it all, transparency, trust, and optimism have served as our guiding principles.

This past month we caught up with two dynamic leaders in HR - Theo Proukou, Chief Human Resources officer for Flagship Pioneering and Rustin Richburg, Chief Talent Officer and Partner at L.E.K. Consulting.

Theo shares the skills HR leaders need, and how to help engender C-suite support of HR iniatives, while Rustin provides insight into the impact of AI on HR functions such as developing new competencies and skill models, navigating policy, coaching information and support, and helping candidates prepare for interviews.

Additionally, Rustin shares how he helps foster a positive and inclusive work culture, which enhances employee engagement, productivity, and the overall success of the company.
