YoPA's study protocol was published in the British Medical Journal Open Access on February 21st.

AMSTERDAM AND SOWETO CO-CREATION SESSIONS KICKOFF

Phase one of YoPA's intervention has started in both Amsterdam (NL) and Soweto (ZA)! Facilitators are having regular sessions with teenagers participating in the Action Teams and some stakeholders, either in their schools or at the local youth center. Check out more.

DISSEMINATION COMMITTEE MEETING

On March 7th, YoPA's dissemination committee gathered to discuss the informative brochures and policy briefs production of the project for the next couple of years.

SYSTEMS MAPPING TRAINING

On both February and March's Scientific Partners meeting, the YoPA team had trainings in systems mapping and causal loops diagram, given by Dr. Mai Chin a Paw and Dr. Teatske Altenburg from Amsterdam UMC. Read more.

Upcoming in YoPA

In Denmark 🇩🇰, phase 2 of YoPA co-creation sessions in Aalborg's two youth centres is already happening! 🎉 From now on, adolescents are gearing up to design the first interventions to be tested in their communities. Stay tuned to see the solutions they'll come up with!

In Nigeria 🇳🇬, the co-creation sessions planning is in full mode! The local team is preparing the kick-off to happen very soon. Stay tuned for more!
