Align & Flow

In this class Karen Lucas will focus on exploring healthy alignment in our yoga postures and deep breathing.  Expect to increase flexibility, strength, balance and stamina with regular practice. This class is appropriate for students with yoga experience or beginner's who are athletically active. It is active at a moderate pace. Modifications are offered for beginners and those with mild restrictions.

Sunrise Flow

Ashley Anne Brown will lead you in a practice to awaken your breath and body with the sun. This open-level practice will allow students to start their day grounded, energized and open through a balance of breath work and flowing movements.
Tuesday & Thursday   6:15am - 7:15am
Yoga for a Healthy Back

Karen Lucas will help you reduce back pain and be more comfortable in your body. In Yoga For Back Health classes you will be guided into safe and effective stretching and strengthening yoga postures designed to ease and heal back pain.
 Wednesdays 5:30pm - 6:30pm


Hillary Johnston will help you sculpt, strengthen and lengthen your muscles safely and effectively all while working your core. Come see what barre classes are all about and be prepared to change your body for good!
