Fall Wellness Premium Incentive Update

This Fall, our traditional Wellness Premium Incentive activities will look a little different than in the past.

Starting on September 1, you will be able to complete the Health Risk Assessment (HRA). Then you will have the opportunity to complete TWO of the following THREE activities:

  1. Biometric Screening at a Quest Patient Service Center or via the Physician Results Form (PRF). We will NOT be able to bring Quest to campus this fall.
  2. Tobacco Attestation Form
  3. Primary Care Physician Attestation Form

Faculty and staff will still complete 3 activities, but they will have a few more options than in the past
Look for more details on the Wellness Website and in the September newsletter.

Yoga on the Quad with One to One Fitness
One popular program we have been missing this year is Yoga on the Quad. With help from our friends at One to One Fitness, faculty and staff are invited to enjoy outdoor Vinyasa Flow Yoga with masks and social distancing. In order to maintain the proper spacing, we will require registration for this series.
Because of the pandemic, we are limiting the number of registrants with the hope of expanding. If the class is full when you try to register, please contact Mary Ann to be placed on a waiting list.

extended_family.jpg
Choosing to be a caregiver is an enormous, selfless commitment. Every day can be vastly different based upon the needs of the care recipient. Unforeseen crises such as weather emergencies, pandemics such as COVID-19, financial hardships, deaths in the family, or divorce, can complicate this already challenging journey.
This one hour webinar will define caregiving, identify successful strategies for caregiving with and without a crisis, highlight specific aspects related to caregiving during COVID-19 and provide numerous resources for caregivers.
