Launch your IT career with The American Place
Are you an out-of-school youth between the ages of 18 and 24?

Are you considering a career in the information technology field?

If you are not currently in college, Hartford Public Library is offering a FREE technology training program beginning in August and running through June.

After successful completion of the training, you’ll be placed in a paid internship where you will receive hands-on experience and $16 an hour. This is a great opportunity to continue your education in technology and increase your job opportunities in the field! Applicants must possess a high school diploma (U.S. or from your country) and be at an intermediate or higher level of English. This is a great opportunity!

Registration is open now. Call 860-868-0235 or email tap@hplct.org to sign up.

“Time is no more fixed than the stars. Time speeds and bends around planets and suns, is different in the mountains than in the valleys, and is part of the same fabric as space, which curves and swells as does the sea.”
