Greetings!

In times of uncertainty and challenge, meditation, breath work and mindful movement practices take on increasing importance — as does community — and Yoga for Life is continuing to do its very best to be here for you! As of this morning (with a limited audience and a few technical difficulties), Yoga for Life began offering Online Classes. From the comfort of your home – and in pajamas, if you like – some of your favorite yoga and movement experiences will be available to you each day.
 
We’re starting off purposefully and slowly. The first week of classes will be FREE (March 25 through March 31), so please be patient as we learn the technology and how to teach to a group of students who are not physically in the room with us. Your feedback – the highs and the lows – will help us fine tune the process as we go. I'm sure we will learn important things as the week progresses, so check your Inbox or go the the Yoga for Life Home Page for periodic updates.
