Something old, something new! The changes at Unity Woods mean that I will be offering my classes through my own website, which is an exciting new chapter for me. I want to provide the (old) classes that I have been offering and try some (new) different times and class types as well to see what fits.

 

I will continue to offer the free Friday night community classes as often as I can. For those who love those classes, I have added an all-levels class on Wednesday evening at the same time, 6-7pm Eastern, for those who can’t make Friday or want an additional 1-hour class.

Some Schedule Highlights

All Levels Yoga

Wednesday, 6-7pm ET


My Wednesday All Levels class is a new class modeled on the community class. It’s a vibrant 60 minutes, offering a balanced sequence of poses.

Gentle/Back Care Yoga

Tuesday, 12:30 - 2pm ET


This class is a gentle, stress-relieving, soothing approach to making more space in your body. If you like lying on the floor, this class is for you. If you can use a session of quality self-care in your week, this class is for you.

Yoga for Osteoporosis

Friday, 8:45 -10:15am ET


I have been teaching osteoporosis exercise and yoga classes for more than a decade and am certified by Dr. Loren Fishman to teach yoga for osteoporosis.  This class is fun and active and issues will be accommodated.
