What could be more delightful than practicing yoga on an early fall morning in Surreybrooke Gardens with yoga friends?
Meet us under the Lark Pavilion at 10:00am for a 60 minute Gentle Yoga Class with MSY Teacher, Elaine. No prior experience needed - all are welcome! Bring your yoga mat. Chairs will be available. You do not need to be a MSY studio member to register. We love to meet new friends!
After yoga, we will enjoy a 60 minute guided tour through the winding paths of Surreybrooke, led by its owner and gardener, Nancy Walz. We will explore the extensive, colorful gardens and be entertained with stories about the historical outbuildings.
The tour will take us back to the Lark Pavilion where we can enjoy our picnic lunch. Bring your own lunch and chat with yoga friends. There will be plenty of time to wander the gardens and visit the retail store after the event.
Our previous visits to the garden were in May and July. We can't wait to see the changes early fall will bring! ***Please note that this event will be held rain or shine!
