How can our yoga practice support us in our Spring activities? Yoga can help build dynamism, flexibility, consciousness, and confidence in our bodies' abilities. In class we'll be working on weight bearing poses to build strength and standing poses for elasticity, body awareness, and balance. Modifications will be demonstrated and encouraged. Please bring 2 blocks and a blanket.
Daily attention to breath and movement can bring improved posture and balance; better sleep and focus; and a feeling of well-being. I invite you to breathe and stay present. Allow comfort to be your guide, and enjoy your journey of self-discovery.
