April brings beautiful flowers and numerous outdoor projects. Our yoga practice helps build strength, flexibility, and steadiness to support our physical activities and mental acuity. In class we'll be working on weight bearing poses, standing poses, body awareness, and balance. Modifications will be demonstrated and encouraged. Please bring 2 blocks and a blanket.


Daily attention to breath and movement can bring improved posture and balance; better sleep and focus; and a feeling of well-being. I invite you to breathe and stay present. Allow comfort to be your guide, and enjoy your journey of self-discovery.
