Wednesday December 27th

10am - 11am Gentle Back Care Yoga Join Zoom Meeting/Class


Explore basic movement principles to create strength, flexibility and stability in the spine and major muscle groups. Emphasis is placed on self-sensing and recognizing patterns to promote healing. All Levels

Thursday December 28th New Time - Same Class

NOON - 1PM Join Zoom Meeting/Class


The first half of this class will have a focus on building strength and mobility.

The second half will include flow movement to energize the cardio and lymphatic systems. In this class we will move slowly and mindfully through postures (asana)

Friday December 29th

9am - 10am Mixed Level Bone Density - Join Zoom Meeting/Class



This class implements the results of studies that established the benefits of certain yoga poses (asana) to promote bone density in the spine and hips.



Saturday December 30th

10am - 11am Gentle Back Care Yoga - Join Zoom Meeting/Class

Sunday December 31st


10am -11am Sankapa/Setting Our Intentions- Join Zoom Meeting/


Please join me for this all level yoga practice with a focus on creating a sankalpa, an intention. Moving mindfully, we will pause in the stillness, let go of past regrets and future fears. Let us move into the New Year with hope in our hearts.

 In this class we will move slowly and mindfully through postures (asana)

A sankalpa isn’t a petition or a prayer. It is a statement of deeply held fact, and a vow that is true in the present moment. For this reason, your sankalpa should be stated in the present tense. For example, rather than saying, “I want to be more compassionate,” your sankalpa might be, “Compassion is my true nature” or “I am compassion itself.”
