What a massive first month we've had at our new home! Thank you all so much for bearing with us as we've found our feet - it's been so amazing to have so many familiar faces around, and of course so beautiful to welcome new energy into our tribe!

This newsletter is HUGE with the announcement of our RSPCA Charity Open Day (with Puppy Yoga!!) on July 23rd (more details below!). PLUS, we have a TONNE of amazing workshops just released!

This year we turned 3 years old and moved to our beautiful new Margaret St location! We wanted to celebrate in the most amazing way possible which is why we've organised PUPPY YOGA (omg!)

Join us for a day filled with Yoga, Pilates and Meditation Workshops Classes, food, chai and a TONNE of goodies, samples and prizes.

Puppy classes $50 per person, all other workshops $10 per person.

The best thing about it all? It's all for charity! All of the money raised throughout the day will be going to support the amazing work of the RSPCA Queensland!

Acro Yoga is a mix of partner acrobatics, Thai massage, and yoga.  Essentially, it builds a practice of the understanding of trust. Trust within the body, trust within the community, and trust in the fact that it's a lot of fun to do these amazing things you never thought you'd be able to do.

Inspired by Pratyahara (the yoga principle of "the withdrawal of senses"), this workshop invites us to shift our focus and awareness inwards. By gradually placing less focus on and eventually removing sight from our practice, we will take a journey from outside perception to inner self.

This workshop is open to everyone - beginners are welcome! We will take our practice a little slower and focus on delving deeper. Experience something new and join Charlotte for 2 hours of gentle movement, deep stretches, meditation and mindfulness combined with relaxing music and the use of essential oils.

Our Beginners Yoga 6 Week Course is the perfect introduction to the world of yoga, and our teachers take each class step by step to ensure you feel confident in many of the most common yoga poses with adjustments to suit your body. Fantastic for those who have never tried yoga before, or those wishing to deepen their knowledge and confidence and refine their poses. 

The Beginners Yoga Course structure includes:

Week 1: Introduction to yoga, pranayama (breathing) and bandhas
Week 2: Core, twists and standing postures
Week 3: Meditation, mindfulness and balance
Week 4: Hip and heart openers
Week 5: Introduction to arm-balances and inversions
Week 6: Putting it all together (Sequencing)

At Stretch we believe that yoga is for EVERY BODY - young and old, big and small, perfectly chiseled or a little more squidgy - which is exactly why we've designed Curvy Yoga - our 6 Week Course for gorgeous yoginis and handsome yogis (or just regular peeps) to come and move their bodies in ways that feel amazing!

Curvy Yoga isn't about being traditional, it's simply about what works! Over the 6 week course we'll cover:
