"Kindness is like snow - it beautifies everything it covers."

- Kahil Gibran -

Kindness is an aspect of Sat Nam, as we cultivate identification with our own Self and the Self in others — love and a lack of separation and a feeling of being in-kind with others. This virtue is a feeling of universal kindness, recognizing that everyone is part of you.

Explore the following practices for cultivating kindness and compassion in all areas of your life. And don't miss the December Numerology Forecast and 2022 Preview!

Meditation for Developing Your Human Kindness

Copy of Copy of Unnamed Design.png

This practice is also known as Bandhu Dya Kriya. Bandhu means sibling or comrade. Dya means kindness, and kriya means action.

In this meditation, the breath - the prana - is controlled by eight rhythmic strokes and is projected out as sound. This meditation can help to expand your energy, project your aura, and connect you with your excellence. It is said that this meditation gives you the ability to rise above time and space.

Anything which deals with prana is related to the Pranpathi, the one who gives you prana, which sustains your life. This meditation should be practiced with reverence and devotion.
