"Feelings come and go like clouds in a windy sky. Conscious breathing is my anchor."

- Thich Nhat Hanh -

Kundalini Yoga helps us remain calm in rough circumstances because of its positive effects on the glands and nerves and its power to release tension from the inner organs. Practicing yoga creates an internal biochemistry of calm, inner balance, and depth of self.

As yogis, we have the tools to energize, balance, and strengthen our nervous and glandular systems so that we can respond to life with consciousness.

This simple yet most powerful technique is a pranayam that is easy to do, and it creates a deep sense of well-being and harmony on the physical, mental, and emotional levels. It is integrating and grounding, and balances the right and left hemispheres of the brain. Relax and enjoy a feeling of well-being.

Posture: Sit with a tall spine. You can be in Easy Pose or on a chair, wherever you can keep your spine tall and be comfortable.

Pressure - YL Feb..png

When life gets challenging, you might find yourself in a crumpled heap on the floor. On the other hand, you can meet the challenge with calm creative solutions. This Kundalini Yoga kriya is designed to strengthen the nervous system so you can handle the pressure and stress of life just that way: calmly and creatively. It’s a lively workout and leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed.

This is a powerful and energetic kriya for a full tune-up of the nervous system. If the nerves are not tuned up, you will not be able to withstand the pressure of time.

Kriya for Energy and Rejuvenation

Energy- YL Feb..png

Vitality doesn't mean just energy; it also means moral and ethical integrity that guides our identity and our decision-making; flexibility and tolerance that not only allows for differences but also forgives shortcomings; and a capacity for change that embraces the future with hope instead of succumbing to doubt or fear.

As we transition to the Aquarian Age, the ability to surrender to the flow will make or break our capacity to respond effectively, because the pressures will only continue to increase. We all need to be as vital as we can possibly be in order to serve and uplift ourselves and everyone around us.
