Clarify your understanding of yourself and who you are. Let your actions and commitments express your truth. Get clear about who you are so you can be that person to the world. This kriya helps us develop an understanding of our self, our mind, our body, our soul. The yogis call it the science of crystallization.


Posture #1 - Arm Swings

Bring the arms straight out to the sides, parallel to the ground, with the palms facing forward. Begin alternately bringing the palms in as if to beat the chest, but do not touch the chest. Breath of Fire will automatically develop from the motion if you do it correctly and powerfully. Imagine that you are pulling pranic energy in with each motion of the hands.

Meditation for Beaming and Creating the Future

The mind has tremendous creative capacity when focused. Meditate to clear your mind of distracting thoughts and attachments. Become still and use the beaming quality of the mind to project and create your future.


Posture: Sit in Easy Pose. Stretch the spine up and become very still. 


Eye Focus: Eyes are closed.



Mudra: Relax the hands in Gyan Mudra on the knees.

6 Yogic Tips to Create the Life You Want

In order to feel “firey” and stoked to take action, we must be healthy in body, mind, and spirit. Here are some tips to keep that inner flame burning so you can create the life you want to live:


Breath of Fire

This is a simple way of stoking our digestive fire in the second and third chakras (and if we have slow or poor digestion, we are more prone to illness and can feel lethargic). It also quickly enlivens the mind, so if you feel yourself getting drowsy and lacking focus, do this breath for a couple of minutes.

Here we are, stepping into the brand new calendar year of 2022, and if we play our cards right, we will emerge ahead of the game by the year’s end.


As we are now in an overall number 6 year, our home space, family, friends, and immune system need an energetic upgrade in order to stay on point and healthy.

Number 6 represents justice and fair play, so wherever there is an imbalance of power in your world, do your best to sort it out now. Don’t let family, work, or social dynamics fester in malcontent. Re-boot your self-esteem and say, “Hey, this really isn’t working for me anymore, and I’d like to create a fair and balanced path forward where everyone is happy.”


2022 requires a near Jedi-Knight approach to life, which includes a personal code of conduct and the self-discipline of an impeccable warrior.
