This week, we continue our exploration into the arcline – the sixth body in Kundalini Yoga. Known as the halo, our arcline governs our focus and impact. With themes of justice, protection, and prayer at the center, the arcline helps us move our desire to serve humanity from the realm of theory into everyday action. 


Given the scope of the change we’re experiencing at this time in history, many of us feel hopelessness or despair. With a weak arcline especially, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by people’s misery or sadness. But when overwhelmed by all of the pain in the world, we are unable to act effectively. 


Our ability to stay clear, focused, and radiant depends on the arcline. For more on the sixth body and how to align your impact with your intention, read below! 

Meditation for the Arcline and to Clear the Karmas

This meditation is for the Arcline and to clear the karma that has been stocked up in it. You’ll experience what Wahe Guru actually means. Remember, the power of Infinity is not outside of you, it is inside of you. When “I” and Infinity create impact, you’ll become totally divine. Otherwise, there’s a duality that keeps you away from reality, and the pain is great.

Kriya to Clarify the Subtle Body

This kriya works to strengthen the Subtle Body and also the Arcline, which influences both your ability to receive intuitive information and the power of the information you are sending out. In addition to these benefits, it is said to give you a bright, shining countenance.

Ajna Stimulation Kriya

This kriya works to gently stimulate and balance the glandular system, especially the pituitary gland, which is associated with the Sixth Chakra. Beginning students may practice this kriya as a glandular tune-up once or twice a week, but not more frequently.

These exercises gently work on the pituitary. They recharge and enrich your energy, and counteract frustration, depression, and computer sicknesses.
