This week, we continue our exploration into the arcline – the sixth body in Kundalini Yoga. Known as the halo, our arcline governs our focus and impact. With themes of justice, protection, and prayer at the center, the arcline helps us move our desire to serve humanity from the realm of theory into everyday action.
Given the scope of the change we’re experiencing at this time in history, many of us feel hopelessness or despair. With a weak arcline especially, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by people’s misery or sadness. But when overwhelmed by all of the pain in the world, we are unable to act effectively.
