We are excited about the 2021-22 school year! A variety of resources are available below to help your family prepare.
Teacher Assignments & Schedules
York Academy utilizes a program called "Sapphire," which allows parents to view their child's grades, behavior and attendance. This year, we will be contacting you through Sapphire to share their teacher's name and and/or schedule.

If you have not created a Sapphire account yet, click here and follow the directions below:

  1. Click on "Create a Web Portal Account" under the login (see the yellow highlighted area in the graphic).
  2. On the next screen, when prompted to enter the KEYWORD, type in charter.
  3. You will be guided through the process and your enrollment will be reviewed. You will receive an email with a PIN (usually within 24 hours), which will allow you to access your Sapphire account. 

If you child will not be returning to York Academy in August, please click below to let us know.
Dress Code & Uniform Store

In anticipation of the upcoming school year, we invite you to shop at our online uniform and apparel store through Monday, July 12. Orders will be ready in early August and we will be in touch when they are ready for pickup.

Please be aware that you are not required to buy any items from the store and are welcome to provide your own clothing, as long as it meets the York Academy Dress Code. It's important to note that apparel in the online store marked as "spirit wear" may not be worn as part of the school uniform.
School Hours (K-12)
Please note that students in both buildings (K-12) will attend school from 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. this year. The doors will open at 7:30 a.m. If your child would like breakfast, they should arrive by 7:45 a.m.
