January 21, 2017

To keep you updated on activities and current events, the York County Planning Commission has created E-Alerts.  These E-Alerts are just another way to keep you connected with what is taking place in and around your community.  Please explore the articles below or visit the links to the left for other helpful information.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Beginning on January 1, 2017, the York County Planning Commission (YCPC) will be encouraging the electronic submission of subdivision and land development plans in a digital format, in conjunction with the usual submission of a hard copy of the plan for County Planning review. The submission of plans to the YCPC in a PDF format will greatly assist us with the long-term storage of plans submitted to us for our review. The PDF could be delivered on a CD/DVD, or if the file is less than 10 mb in size it could be e-mailed to Kurt Leitholf at kleitholf@ycpc.org.

Subdivision / Land Development Web Mapping Application

All Subdivision and Land Development Plans that were submitted to the York County Planning Commission are now available through the new online web mapping application.  While viewing the application a user can see subdivision / land development locations and information regarding each plan.  A scanned image of the plan is also available to view, currently for any plans that were submitted after January 1, 2016.  A user can turn on map layers for all plans back through the last five years.   Check it out for yourself by visiting the Subdivision Mapping Application.

York County Property Viewer

York County recently released a new version of the York County Property Viewer.  A user can find assessment and tax information about all properties in York County.  There are some advanced search and analysis tools available and new information that shows approximate taxes for each property.   For more information, please click to visit the York County Property Viewer
