Sara is the mastermind behind the design. Since its establishment in 2017, BANDD/DESIGN has successfully executed over 145 residential projects, many of which have been recognized and published around the world. High-quality, approachable design is the driving force behind everything BANDD touches. In conjunction with her passion for interior design, Sara launched BANDD/DEVELOPMENT 2021 from a growing love for renovating and building beautiful homes throughout the Austin area and nationwide.

Peter Pfeiffer

Founding Principal at Barley|Pfeiffer Architecture



An Architect, Interior Designer, and Building Science Consultant, Peter is professionally licensed in Texas, New York, New Jersey, and Oregon, as well as with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He holds a Master in Architecture degree, emphasizing environmentally-sensitive design & energy studies from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Science in Building Sciences from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Pfeiffer is a LEED-accredited professional who has spent 30+ years designing and developing pragmatic high-performance Green buildings and homes.

A thoughtful, proven and trusted public servant, Mayor Kara King has served on the Bee Cave City Council since 2013, and as mayor since 2020. She brings a long list of accomplishments - as well as strong endorsements from others that are highly involved in the local community. She knows the issues and community and how to help Bee Cave continue to flourish in a way that balances and respects everything from economics to the environment.
