An Inspired Donor Gives $30,000!

Jesus calls us to give with thanksgiving and trust, believing that what we offer will be blessed and multiplied to meet the needs of the hungry. We have witnessed this miracle through an inspired donor. Last year, YDI4M set out to raise $80,000 during Lent. As the deadline approached, we were still $30,000 short. Trusting in God’s provision, our Board of Directors extended the campaign and sent one final appeal. Then, a single donor stepped forward—moved by faith and generosity—to give the remaining amount. When asked why, he shared this powerful inspiration:

"Because of my Catholic calling, I donate to large faith-based institutions that have lots of administrative costs. I was thinking about the best way to ensure that the money I give directly helps people in need. I know that YDI4M is a faith-based nonprofit whose volunteers work directly with the people in need, including the Founder, so I knew my donation would make an impact."
