REDUCING CAREGIVER BURNOUT

Since 1975, AIHS has provided home and community-based services to older adults, people with disabilities and their family caregivers.

Our Family Caregiver Program is supported by Older Americans Act funds, grants, and your contributions. Click HERE to make a donation!

The AIHS Family Caregiver Program provides support and services to caregivers of older adults aged 60 and over with the goal of reducing caregiver burnout.

With support, caregivers can successfully care for their aging loved ones, thereby improving their ability to live at home rather than be institutionalized.

There is no cost to call and speak to a Family Caregiver staff member for information and assistance. If you or someone you know is in need of assistance, Just Call Us!

The Family Caregiver Program offers a spectrum of services through funding from the Older Americans Act:

  • Information & Assistance
  • Temporary Respite Care
  • Support Groups
  • Dementia Specific Support
