You can access your account in whichever way works best for you:

Alternatively, you can visit our website: www.zenyogaandwellness.com and click on "Find Your Class" on the main page.
Whether you use the app or our website, you’ll be able to view the schedule, reserve classes, see your friends, manage your account and more.
Logging In
Please log in using the email address associated with your Zen account.
You may need to reset your password the first time you sign in. Simply click “Forgot Password” and follow the prompts to create a new password.
Memberships & Class Passes
Good news! Your memberships and class passes have successfully transferred to the new system.
Account credits are still being finalized and will be added shortly. In the meantime, the most important thing is that you can log in, access your account, and reserve your classes.
FAQs
I can’t log in. What should I do?
Make sure you’re using the email address associated with your Zen account. If needed, click “Forgot Password” to create a new password.
My membership or class pass isn’t showing correctly.
Most memberships and class passes have transferred successfully. If something doesn’t look right, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
I don’t see my account credit yet.
Credits are still being added and will appear shortly. Thank you for your patience.
Do I have to use the app?
No! While we recommend the app for the easiest experience, you can also access your account and register for classes through our website or the web version of the app HERE
Can I still reserve classes in advance?
Yes! You can now begin reserving your spots for upcoming classes.
Can I manage my membership in the app?
Yes. The app allows you to view your schedule, reserve classes, manage purchases, and access your account information.
What if I have multiple accounts or used a different email address?
Please contact us and we’ll help get everything connected correctly.
Please note that all future class registrations will take place through FitDegree. Our previous booking system (Arketa) is no longer being used for scheduling.
