It's our great pleasure to tell you that you have been nominated in one or more categories in the What's On 4 2013 Junior awards in association with Konfidence!
These awards recognise and celebrate the very best as nominated and voted for by parents, parents-to-be and carers. So...what you do has meant so much to someone they have taken the time to tell us how wonderful you are and how much they value you!
This is also the first step to you and a guest joining us as a finalist at the awards ceremony at Baby Expo Brighton on June 30th 2013 for the official champagne awards ceremony!
What happens next?
To go forward to the voting stage of our 2013 awards you need at least FOUR nominations in each of the award categories that you have been nominated in. From now on therefore, you need to spread the word and let others know so they can ensure you are part of the voting stage which will commence on March 18 2013!
So, make sure you announce that you have been nominated for a national award and get those nominations coming in!
You could use your Website, Twitter, Facebook, Blog, on your email sign off, or word of mouth ...don't be shy! 
You just need to direct people to www.whatson4littleones.co.uk/awards.asp ...nominating takes just a few moments. You can also use the twitter #tag #whatson4awards and link to the above website. You can also use the logo above - just right click and then 'save as' or email us at info@whatson4.co.uk and we'll send you a higher resolution version if required.
We will also help you gain valuable publicity as you progress through the awards - previous nominees have had local newspaper, radio and TV coverage! The awards will be photographed and don't forget if you are a finalist or winner you can automatically add an extra awards logo which will appear alongside your online listings!!

What's On 4 Junior Awards 2013 Terms & Conditions of Entry
1. Nominations are open to companies and individuals that publicly offer activities for children or provide venue/party services as defined by the award categories.
2. You may not nominate yourself or a company that you are associated with.
3. Companies and individuals may be entered in one or more categories if relevant.
4. The competition will open for online nominations on the 14th January 2013 and the closing date for nominations is the 8th March 2013.
5. FOUR separate nominations in an award category via the online voting form are required to go through to the voting stage for that award category
6. Successful nominees will be available on our website shortly after nominations close and accessible via http and standard Web browsers.
7. Nominees may choose not to be part of the awards by notifying us by email to
info@whatson4.co.uk by 8th March 2013.
8. On-line voting for the awards will open on our websites from 18th March and close on 28th May 2013 at 5pm.
9. Finalists will be notified by email after the voting closes and invited to the awards presentation event at the BabyExpo Brighton on 30th June 2013. Winners are required to receive their award at this event.
10. By attending, winners and finalists consent to photographs and film coverage being used at the organiser's discretion. Ticket holders and event attendees grant consent for their image and sound to be captured in any format and used in future marketing material. Those nominating also consent to their comments and reasons for specific nominations being published and/or made public at the organiser's discretion. (please note the details of the nominator WILL NOT be revealed unless their permission is given)
11. Awards are made from on-line voting results only.
12. Every care and consideration is made to ensure that nominating and voting is fair. Email addresses and IP addresses of all online nominations and online voting are collected with online validation and random spot checks. Nominees should encourage voting but NOT actively vote on supporter's behalf as this could lead to multiple IP addresses being recorded and votes being discounted.
13. On-line nominations and votes may not be included if What's On 4 Ltd believe they are not genuine nominations or votes or if this has been incentivised in any way.
14. The right is reserved not to make an award in a particular category.
15. If an entry receives an award, the manner and details of announcing such nomination and award is strictly within the discretion of What's On 4 Ltd. Entrants understand that all awards may not be given or publicised in the same manner.
16. There may be prizes for some of the award categories advertised. There is no cash alternative to the stated prize. The promoter reserve the right to offer a similar prize, or a prize of equal or greater value, if the stated prize is unavailable. Prizes will be dispatched to the winners within 60 days of the awards presentation unless otherwise agreed.
17. The decision of What's On 4 Ltd is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
