Dear Charting Careers Friends, Families, and Supporters:
On this (very cold) shortest day of the year, we feel the warmth of this community, the power of endings and beginnings, and a sense of hopefulness about the future.
We are joyful to see our scholars growing as people, grateful looking around the room at our staff, volunteers, scholars and families during Family Night, and inspired by the generous spirit of our 72 donors who together gave $6,700 (plus $1,500 from our match)! Thanks to the $8,200 success of our Giving Challenge (which ends at midnight tonight), we can continue to connect scholars to much-needed mental health services, provide grocery store gift cards to families in need of support, and so much more during this holiday season and always.
May this season bring you health, connection, and time for both reflection and celebration. On behalf of our staff and our Board of Directors, we want to wish you a Happy Hanukkah, a Peaceful Winter Solstice, a Merry Christmas, a Joyous Kwanzaa, and a Happy New Year.
