There’s one gratitude practice that I learned from Raghunath some time ago that I’d like to share with you all:

Find a partner and sit face-to-face. Take turns finishing this statement “I am grateful for ________ .” Your partner responds, “You are blessed." Then they share something for which they are grateful, and you respond back, “You are blessed." Keep going like this back and forth for about 2-3 minutes, sharing your gratitude. Afterwards, take a moment to reflect on your experience. What emotions came up? Did your energy shift? This practice can be done everyday, once a week, or perhaps at the table during a meal. Give it try. I would love to hear your feedback!
