Want The Latest Information On The Closer To Home Campaign? Join Us On November 28th!

Hello James,

On November 28th, we are hosting an appreciation coffee/tea/dessert social and YOU are invited. Seriously, I know that if you receive the Giving Matters newsletter and read it, then you are exactly who we hope will join us! Drop-in between 2pm and 4:30pm at the CEC (115 Deep River Rd.) It is a celebration of #GivingTuesday 2023.

At 3pm I will share a very short presentation on the Closer To Home campaign progress. Anyone who attends will get a sneak-peak of the Legacy Builders of The Four Seasons Lodge donor wall rendering, which will honour anyone that donates $5,000 or more to the Closer To Home campaign by the end. So far we have dozens of names, for which we are very appreciative.

There will also be time for Q&A. You don't have to bring anything!

Above you'll see a few photos taken today around the build site. Additional preparation work has taken place in October, including clearing space for a new driveway and reconfigured parking area to ensure safe access to existing services during and after the expansion project.

Thanks to the The Beer Store in Deep River for raising $384.05 this year for the DRDH Closer To Home campaign through empty bottle returns and donations from customers. We appreciate everyone who participated in this initiative!

Deep River & District Health Foundation:

Our New Name

We exist to support the DRDH Health Campus, so it's fitting that our name is updated to match the transition to Deep River & District Health. The Foundation is excited for the name change which better reflects the integrated nature of the Deep River & District Hospital, Four Seasons Lodge Long-Term Care Home, and the North Renfrew Family Health Team.
