At the City of Boynton Beach Arts & Cultural Center, 125 East Ocean Avenue, Boynton Beach at 6:30 pm! ALL are welcome to join us! Our newest members will participate throughout our service so that we can meet them and get to know them a little better! This venue is in the heart of Downtown Boynton. It is located just east of Seacrest Blvd and one block south of Boynton Beach Blvd (east of I-95). This is directly across the street from the Boynton Beach City Hall and Police Dept. At this brain gym, you will work out with a series of whole brain workout exercises, focusing on different aspects of memory. These exercises can help you to identify the strengths and weaknesses in the way your brain works. This course focuses on the age-old concepts of disciplined memory and memory retention techniques. Barbara Klau holds a Master’s Degree in Education and has worked with adults of all ages for more than 20 years. She developed an interest in memory retention techniques and has developed courses and workshops which she teaches in numerous venues in Connecticut and Florida, particularly to help those with normal age-associated memory issues.

The answers to the question of Israel’s entitlements in respect to the City of Jerusalem and the disputed territories under international law depend on certain prior legally binding decisions which are reflected in international legal instruments. Frequently, allegations of violations of international law against the State of Israel are based on political arguments devoid of legal merit. False narratives are accepted by many globally in the midst of rising antisemitism disguised as anti-Israel/Zionist initiatives. In order to counter the weaponization of international law against Israel, it is vital to increase the knowledge and understanding of the international law sources of the territorial sovereignty entitlements of Israel.

From the immigration of great numbers of Jews in the 1890s through the turbulent 1960s, Jews contributed richly to the American canon, but rarely writing with any Jewish flavor. The tradition of street painting traced back to 16th century Italy when itinerant artists would use their chalks to transform pavement into a makeshift canvas, street painting has retained its appeal through the centuries. As in ages past, crowds gather to watch as fine works of art emerge. The “paintings” last only until the next rain, but the lively spirit and accessibility of the exhibition captivates audiences and inspires lasting memories. We are excited to have some of our newest members participating in this Shabbat and getting to know them better!
We have a nice secret that we hope to share very, very shortly ... where we will meet for Shabbat, starting on Friday, FEBRUARY 23, 2024! We have been a bit cramped in the room at the Carlisle for the past two Shabbat celebrations and I think you will be pleased about this CHANGE! We don't want to jinx it, so we will share once we have gotten the final okay! Please stay tuned to our emails and our website and we will post it as soon as we know for certain!
