From your user dashboard, you can

  • See all Users in your agency *Users are required to designate an agency
  • Add Users to your agency
  • Register Users into Advanced Training
  • Register Users for Annual Conference Training
  • See what training Users are signed attending
  • Access User training certificates
  • Edit User information
  • Three (3) agency max for each Organization Admin user account

IMPORTANT

Notify all persons in your agency to select your organization from their dashboard by updating their profile.


Designating ALL organizations is necessary for the Organization Administrator to see users assigned to that agency.
