WESLEY-RANKIN NEEDS YOUR FINANCIAL SUPPORT!

WRCC Summer 24 facility problems need money

While summer programming was thriving at Wesley-Rankin, unexpected facility problems demanded attention! First, their fire suppression systems broke, then 6 of their 12 AC units needed repair, next 7 sewer breaks were discovered under their building. $70,000 is needed for repairs by August 31st to help them recover financially and prepare for a busy fall of programming for children, youth, adults and seniors.

CLICK TO DONATE - all contributions will help.

  • Donate online or send a check to WRCC, 3100 Crossman, Dallas, TX, 75212.
  • Local units who donate Designated Giving funds before August 31 may notify their District President to include their gift in their Annual Financial Report.

We chose Abide for our '24 Mission Project because they are improving the disparities in maternal health here in our North Texas community. Your support will help Abide reach more families and improve birth outcomes right here in the DFW area. You can

DALLAS MORNING NEWS: (7/18/24) "Texas ranks almost dead last in the nation for women's healthcare in the country, research shows"

Lets talk about it

Common Concerns for All of Us

This is an opportunity for individuals and groups to have important and respectful conversations about concerns and values we share. It's time for Texans to talk about reproductive health policy -- but how does one start? Texas Impact has developed the Common Concerns program in collaboration with policy experts, physicians, attorneys, and legislators from both sides of the aisle.

Are you ready to start the conversation? You may participate by leading a Listening Circle or joining a bipartisan discussion. Click to learn more and preview the discussion guide.
