Sustainability Over Instability

Another trip around the sun, another year we give thanks for the faithfulness of God and our partners. In a world where change abounds and fear seeks to reign, Child Legacy maintains our commitment to empowering the marginalized people we are blessed to serve.

As we begin afresh in 2024, we cannot help but remind ourselves of just how far we have come. The children in our care at Chingele Children's Home in Zimbabwe are thriving and we're excited that our high school-aged children were able to get the upgraded uniforms necessary to attend private school, allowing them to continue advancing in their studies. We are so grateful to be positioned to work with the beautiful people of this country in need of life-changing support.

CLI thanks you for another year of bridging the gap between a life of need to a life of meaning. In a country with great instability, your partnership allows those without healthcare and work to have avenues where they can be healthy and hopeful for life.

BEAUTY. BELIEVE.

Last year on Christmas Eve, Beauty and Believe (sister and brother) were brought to our home by Social Welfare. These children had lost their mother, and their father was abusive and recently incarcerated, leaving them with no one to care for them. They were uncertain and not particularly healthy. After a year with CLI, their lives have been transformed.

Both of these beautiful children are a testament to the viable mission which God allows us to continue to have in the land to which He has called us. We are blessed with many wonderful co-laborers and are grateful to count you among them.

The pictures speak for themselves about the transformation that occurs in the lives of real people who live in a world for which most have no context. Hope is real, and when you see it in someone's eyes, it's a powerful thing.

When you give, you help with the basic needs of clean water, healthcare, education, and more. A gift, of any size, goes to help families.
