Documenting Rapid COVID19 Test Results

As you may know, we have to report the number of COVID19 tests we are performing along with their results to HRSA, which includes rapid testing. Since the test is not an actual lab test, it has to be ordered and administered as a Prescription. Because of this, the results must be entered manually. In addition, the results don’t populate in a report so we have to look every patient up. To make the process smoother, please document the results of the rapid testing we are performing in-house in the

Internal Note section

This will populate in the Find window so that the individual order doesn’t have to be opened to view the result.
