Yogis, we’re just checking in. We hope you’re staying safe and adjusting well. Due to the extended stay-at-home orders, we will remain closed through at least April 30 th . This is all temporary, you know, and we will soon be together again at the studio.

Yesterday marked the second anniversary of BYS Yoga Collective. Now, more than ever, we’re so very proud of the collective of teachers and students that make up our community. So many of you have reached out and stayed connected. We see you. And we’re so grateful. While we can’t offer online classes at this time, we can share what our teachers have been up to. You can still practice with your favorites! Here’s some more info: 

Holly is teaching restorative yoga and vinyasa flow via the Namastream App . You can follow her Instagram for her schedule ( @weebs13 ).

You can practice with Kristen via Zoom by visiting her website . She’s teaching on Tuesdays from 6:15 p.m.-7:15 p.m. (Level 1) and on Thursdays from 6:15 p.m.-7:15 p.m. (Chair Yoga for All). Contact Kristen (k ristenkoyoga@gmail.com ) for more information on Online Private Therapeutic Yoga Sessions and/or to design a personal home practice together.

This Yoga Alliance-approved Teacher Training is for both aspiring teachers (Teacher Track) and serious students of yoga (Self Enrichment Track). Based on Lynn’s background of Jivamukti Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Viniyoga, and Iyengar Yoga, this program includes: proper pacing, Sanskrit pronunciation, synchronization of breath and movement, yogic philosophy, anatomy, verbal & hands-on adjustments, pranayama, mantra, and yin & restorative yoga.
